The start of spring

The start of spring is an important time of the year worldwide.
The world is preoccupied with a number of serious health and economic issues at the moment. Amongst the angst and melancholy it is essential to find something to give us a ray of hope. On 21st March the astronomical spring commences and we can feel the warmth of the Lent days coming up to Easter. Make sure you go to nature. If you live in the city, at least to the local park.
If you reside or visit Hungary, you may find it interesting that on 21st March, Saturday a beautiful medieval church produces a wonder. Its windows are illuminated in such a unique way that the images depicted on its stain glass windows come to life. The church is located in Western Hungary, in Velemér, in the region of Őrség which abounds in traditional architecture and village traditions both at the start of spring and round the whole year.
Engage in the mystic workings of light wherever you are. Meditate early in the morning facing the Sun if you can, blessing your loved ones, yourself and humanity! And if you happen to be in an area where you need to remain at home, open the window and expose yourself to the beauty that nothing can take away from you.
